El Programa Agentes de Cambio ha regresado a las actividades presenciales en los países centroamericanos, con muchas lideresas y líderes jóvenes que luchan por una transformación democrática de la región.
Después de dos años de pandemia, distanciamiento físico y trabajo en la virtualidad, el programa Agentes de Cambio finalmente retomó el formato presencial de sus actividades en todos los países centroamericanos.
Los módulos se están desarrollando de manera bimodal, alternando sesiones presenciales y virtuales, y trabajando con grupos más pequeños, que en años anteriores, con el fin de brindar un seguimiento más personalizado y disminuir el riesgo de contagio en las actividades.
El retorno a la presencialidad se realizó acompañado de medidas de bioseguridad preventivas, como esquemas de vacunación completos, pruebas rápidas de COVID, uso de instalaciones abiertas y buena ventilación, distanciamiento y uso de mascarilla.
La transición del programa a un formato completamente virtual permitió continuar con el programa, pero también representó muchos retos, como la desconexión entre las personas participantes que no se conocían, el cansancio de las jornadas frente a la computadora así como dificultades para las participación efectiva de personas de zonas rurales o con conexión a internet inestable.
Tanto el personal de la FES como los Equipos Coordinadores en cada país comparten la emoción de regresar a las actividades presenciales que permite profundizar en las reflexiones políticas pero también recuperar el contacto humano entre las personas participantes y el vínculo del grupo.
